The convenience store chain emphasized that food safety and sanitation are strictly non-negotiable, stressing that any food or drink that has been improperly handled will be disposed of immediately.

The company also described intentional food tampering as a serious violation of public health and said it will pursue full legal action against anyone whose actions put customers or staff at risk.
