This year’s Halad Sa Pagtuo 2026 is NOT A COMPETITION. Instead, it marks the official grand launching and introduction of a new Province-Wide Festival that will bring together the rich faith, culture, traditions, artistry, and festival spirit of Cebu.
The participating festivals this year will serve as the pioneering participants and will be officially introduced during the 2026 Grand Launching, as we look forward to the much-anticipated Halad Sa Pagtuo 2027, where the province-wide competition will officially begin!

Aside from the festival participants, Halad Sa Pagtuo 2026 will also bring together the Carozza of the different cities and municipalities of the Province of Cebu.
This grand gathering will showcase the deep-rooted faith, devotion, heritage, and religious traditions of Cebu, uniting communities from across the province in one meaningful celebration.
From the vibrant festival performances to the solemn and beautiful Carozza, Halad Sa Pagtuo 2026 will be a celebration of Cebu’s diverse culture and unwavering faith.
